“The Association of Dental Groups (ADG) was more than happy to be a part of the Working Group for this Profession-wide Complaints Handling Initiative. We fully support its aims in trying to make the process by which patients provide feedback on their dental care provider clearer to both patients and dental professionals.
Streamlined protocols are important for the swift and satisfactory resolution of any patient concerns, benefitting all parties involved. ADG members will certainly be actively participating by displaying the available posters and leaflets within their practices and we encourage all other practices to do the same.
We believe this will be a vital step towards improved communication between patients and dental care providers, ultimately enhancing the dental services and standard of care available across the profession.”
